Line Cooks and Dishwashers are maintaining cleanliness and sanitation practices for our equipment, and dish area. Shifts range from 4-10:45 with some earlier shifts as early as 12pm. There may be a few opening shifts as well, as early as 7am.
Position starts at $17.50. Increases based on performance.
Line Cooks:
Jose's Mexican Food takes pride in serving great quality food, made fresh, and prepared with LOVE! Any employee that works with us, must handle our recipes, and plate our food with an abundance of love and care. Our guests look forward to dining at our place, and we must take pride in that. You will be creating works of art!
Dishwashers:
As dishwashers, you will be working as fast as you are able to, to get our equipment cleaned and sanitized for our guests! Your team may come ask you for some items that need to be cleaned right away for the sake of our guests so you will be working hard throughout your shift!
You will work with a solid team of people, with personality and a family type bond.
- Must be able to work long hours on your feet and are able to lift up to 50lbs
- You are required to have Reliable transportation
- Must be reliable, dependable, and have a hunger for work and hustling.
- Line Cooks also help out in the dish pit as needed, to assist or help close the station with another dishwasher. We are a team and help one another out!

You may be working as a Line Cook during peak dinner hours, and finish off the night in the dish pit.
