Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over Power Equipment and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Product knowledge - tools, small engines, and power equipment
- Retail and management experience preferred but training available
- Merchandising skills/experience
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Administrative and computer skills to process paperwork
- Detail oriented/Organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
- Opening and closing the store/balancing the cash drawers
- General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Cashier/Cash handling
- Freight Handling/Forklift operation
- Assist customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
