Moore Pet Supplies is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our new location in Sparta, Wisconsin!
We are excited to be expanding to a new facility, which is expected to be completed in February 2027. The person hired for this position will train and work at our La Crosse, WI location until the new Sparta building is complete. Once the new facility is ready, this position will transition to our Sparta location.

What You'll Do: A Day in the Life
Each morning, you'll arrive ready to support our customers and our team. Your day will include:
- Listening to and returning customer voicemails
- Answering incoming calls from customers browsing or purchasing on our website
- Routing calls to the appropriate department or team member
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Working with different departments to help resolve customer questions and concerns
- Assisting the Building Operations Manager with light administrative tasks such as:
- Scanning documents
- Organizing mail
- Data entry
- Other general office tasks as needed

Important Location Information
This position is being hired for our new Sparta, WI location, which is expected to be completed in February 2027.
Until the new building is complete, the employee will work and train at our La Crosse, WI location. Once the Sparta facility is ready, the position will transition to the new Sparta location.
Applicants should be comfortable commuting to La Crosse during the training and transition period and then working from Sparta, WI once the new facility opens.
Requirements
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to commute to our La Crosse location during the training period
- Ability to work in Sparta, WI once the new location opens
- Comfortable with phone-based customer service
- Professional communication skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
