Job Overview
This is an Evening Position
Thursday-Saturday 3:00-9:00 PM
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
- Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or assembling ingredients when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Help with catering setups or banquet services during events or special functions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen cleaning protocols and sanitation practices
- Experience with food preparation, bussing, or basic cooking is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles is beneficial
- Prior culinary or banquet experience can be advantageous for certain roles within the team
