Reports to: Laboratory Manager
We are looking for a high capacity detail-oriented Manufacturing Lab Technician to assist in the production of compounded products. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of Nceuticals products including Nasal Sprays, Creams, Foams, Serums, and Capsules, according to SOP's, master formulations, and batch records.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Perform quality control tests on products to ensure they meet established standards.

- Participate in continuous training and development to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications:
Gets It: The right candidate understands that every batch record, every quality control test, and every cleaning log exists for a reason, and that reason is patient safety. They don't need to be convinced that SOPs matter or that cutting corners is not an option. They walk in on day one already respecting the weight of the work.
Wants It: The right candidate genuinely wants to be in the lab. They find satisfaction in the precision and repetition that compounding demands, take pride in a clean and compliant workspace, and are motivated by being a dependable part of a team that produces something that matters. They are not looking for a stepping stone, they are looking for a place to dig in and grow.
Has the Capacity to Do It: The right candidate has the technical foundation and personal discipline to perform this role to a high standard. Specifically, they:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a life science, chemistry, or related field is strongly preferred.
