Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial service markets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners

Respond to incoming service requests and convert them into ongoing client relationships

Revisit and restore old customer relationships

Perform job walks, scope work, and prepare complete estimates from start to finish

Prepare and present proposals, bids, and pricing to clients

Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities with a focus on repeat business

Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and execution

Track sales activity, opportunities, and performance metrics

Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Provide a concise installation plan when the bid is awarded.

Qualifications
