Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Sanitation Supervisor to oversee our sanitation team in a cold warehouse environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility is cleaned and sanitized according to company and food safety standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, knowledge of sanitation procedures, and experience working safely with industrial cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the daily sanitation crew.
- Ensure all warehouse areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
- Safely handle, mix, and use sanitation chemicals following established safety procedures.
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and PPE requirements.
- Perform routine inspections to verify sanitation standards are met.
- Complete sanitation logs and required documentation accurately.
- Monitor sanitation supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Work closely with warehouse management to ensure sanitation schedules are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Previous sanitation and supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with industrial sanitation chemicals is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment throughout the shift.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
