Home Health Aide/CNA's Wanted
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 depending on qualifications
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated HHA/CNA's to provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities. This role involves working closely with clients, including those with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Live on the Cape Cod
Have a valid Driver's License
Have a reliable vehicle with car insurance

Job responsibilities
Provide personal care services, including toileting, bathing, grooming and dressing assistance.
Assist clients with transfers and mobility, in a safe manner using proper lifting techniques. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, laundry and meal preparations.
Support clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence.
Providing transportation, as needed, for errands or appointments.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Companionship and Conversation is most important.
Experience
Previous experience in caregiving or assisted living facilities is preferred but not required.
Understanding of Alzheimer's and Dementia care principals is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively both independently and part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
