Duties

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve account management processes.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth policy transactions.
- Utilize CRM systems to track account details, document interactions, and ensure timely follow-up on necessary paperwork.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and industry standards to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support team members by providing organized documentation and facilitating smooth workflows throughout the account management process.
