Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: FT/PT Nights 12 Hour Shifts 7 pm - 7 am
PRN Requirements: One shift per week, plus one summer and one winter holiday.
Shift Differentials Available: Weekday Nights +$4.50/hr | Weekend Days +$2.50/hr | Weekend Nights +$7.00/hr

Your Role:
As an RN at Assurance Health, you will:
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to our geriatric patients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
- Collaborate: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate: Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Advocate: Serve as an advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment.
- Innovate: Bring your ideas and enthusiasm to help us continuously improve our care practices and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN: Must have an active RN license in the state of IN.
- Experience: Previous experience in psychiatric or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate: A genuine passion for working with the elderly and providing compassionate care.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible: Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of our patients and the facility.
