Top Gym is looking for someone who already lives this lifestyle. Not just someone who wants a job someone who walks into a gym and feels at home. Someone who gets the culture, loves people, and brings energy to every room they walk into.
This is a front sales position. You'll be the first face our members see. That matters more than anything.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting members, selling memberships, handling the front desk, and making sure every single person who walks through that door feels like they belong here. You'll also help with products and keeping things running smooth up front.
What we're looking for:
You live the gym lifestyle. That's the most important thing. You're bilingual in English and Spanish. You're 18 or older. You're reliable and you show up. Sales experience is a bonus but honestly if you have the right personality we'll teach you everything else.
This is part time with real room to grow. We're opening a second location and we're building the team that's going to take us there.
