Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Assist clients in selecting finishes, furniture, lighting solutions, and color schemes by applying principles of color theory and lighting design.
- Assist in showroom merchandising and non-selling activities (answering phones, cleaning the showroom, opening/closing procedures)
- Manage residential interior design projects from initial consultation through installation, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Stay informed about current trends in interior design, building codes, and construction practices to ensure innovative yet compliant solutions.
Experience
- At least 3 years background in sales and design is preferred.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations for clients.

This position is paid based on experience and will include a base salary plus commission (after 90 days). Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
