We are a growing fiberglass swimming pool installation company looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Fiberglass Pool Installation Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position working outdoors with a crew to install high-quality fiberglass swimming pools from start to finish. Experience in construction, excavation, landscaping, plumbing, or heavy equipment operation is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of fiberglass swimming pool installation.
- Prepare job sites for excavation and installation.
- Assist with excavation, grading, and backfilling operations.
- Set and level fiberglass pool shells using lasers and precision measuring equipment.
- Install plumbing, drainage, and pool equipment according to company standards.
- Connect filtration systems, pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform concrete preparation, coping installation, and site restoration.
- Operate or assist in operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact loaders, and other construction equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Read construction plans and follow installation specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Perform general construction and labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Experience in pool installation, excavation, landscaping, plumbing, concrete, or heavy equipment is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read tape measures and use basic hand tools.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work overtime during the busy season when needed.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, digging, climbing, and standing.
- Ability to work on uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
