Amigos Cannabis is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable budtender to join our team! As a bud tender, you'll be the face of our dispensary—helping customers select products, answering cannabis-related questions, and ensuring a welcoming, compliant, and efficient retail experience. Handling accounts recievable, and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and education
- Maintain knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and compliance regulations
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized
- Comply with all state and local cannabis laws
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of Dispensary experience
- 21+ years old with a valid government-issued ID
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous retail or cannabis experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings open until 10pm
