Digital Law Marketing works one-on-one with law firms seeking to grow their brands and their businesses. Our writing team is tasked with creating accurate, easy-to-understand content in a wide array of B2C practice areas, including but not limited to: personal injury, workers’ compensation, family law/divorce, criminal defense, estate planning/probate litigation, bankruptcy, and Social Security Disability.Job description:This is a full time, fully remote position for 40hr / week. Our team is seeking an experienced copywriter who can create factually accurate content geared toward driving conversion. This content includes short- and long-form blogs, landing/web pages, PPC pages, press releases, social media posts and independently researched articles for mass distribution. Research, writing, proofreading, and time management skills are a must, but so is the ability to “think” like a lawyer. We have a team of writers and reviewers on our team but you would be the final approval before content is sent to our client and uploaded to the website. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the needs and priorities of law firms and attorneys, and be able to craft content accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and informative copy for blogs, practice area and landing pages and homepages.
Proofread and deliver copy free of errorsCollaborate with design and clients to ensure that copy complements firm's voice and enhances overall user experience.
Maintain firm voice and across all digital channels.Optimize copy for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
Test and iterate copy to continually improve performance metrics, such as click-through rates and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a digital copywriter, with a portfolio writing for law firm websites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
Salary: $60,000 annual salary with additional yearly bonus.
