Cart Staff (Part-Time)
Location: East Ridge Country Club
Employment Type: Part-Time (25–40 hours per week, based on operational needs)

Position Overview
East Ridge Country Club is seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Cart Staff. This position plays a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests by maintaining our golf cart fleet, supporting driving range operations, and assisting with the daily operations of the golf course.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare golf carts to ensure they are in excellent condition for member and guest use.
- Collect, clean, and restock golf balls and supplies on the driving range.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to members and guests with cart-related needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, driving range, and surrounding golf operations areas.
- Assist the Golf Professional staff with additional duties as assigned to support daily golf operations and enhance the member experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Work Environment
This is an outdoor position requiring regular physical activity throughout each shift. Weekly hours will typically range from 25 to 40 hours, depending on seasonal demand and club needs. Cart Staff members report directly to the Golf Professional staff.
