1. Accessibility Services Driver
Ensure every guest with mobility needs has safe, seamless, and dignified transportation across the venue. Accessibility Shuttle Drivers operate shuttles or golf carts to pick up guests at designated accessibility stops and transport them to and from concert areas and venue entrances.
Safely operate shuttles/golf carts along designated routes and high-traffic pedestrian paths.
Pick up and drop off guests at designated accessibility bus stops and loading areas.
Assist guests with entering and exiting the shuttle, including loading/unloading mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters).
Provide friendly, welcoming customer service, offering clear event information and directions.
Inspect shuttle vehicles before and after shifts for safety, fuel/battery levels, and cleanliness.
Maintain clear radio communication with dispatch and safety teams.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating golf carts, multi-passenger shuttles, or utility vehicles preferred.
Patient, empathetic, and strong customer service orientation.
Comfortable maneuvering vehicles safely through crowds and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to assist guests and lift/load mobility equipment (up to 40–50 lbs).
Shifts take place throughout the festival, with daytime, evening, and peak arrival/departure coverage available.
2. Staff Shuttle Driver
Keep festival operations running seamlessly by providing reliable transportation for festival staff, crew, and volunteers. Staff Shuttle Drivers operate shuttle vehicles between staff camping areas and main venue locations to ensure team members reach their shifts safely and on time.
Safely operate shuttles or multi-passenger vehicles along designated routes between Staff Camping and venue work stations.
Pick up and drop off staff members at designated crew transit stops.
Verify staff credentials (wristbands/badges) prior to boarding.
Maintain scheduled routes and prompt departures to support shift handovers across all departments.
Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections for safety, cleanliness, and fuel/battery levels.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating multi-passenger shuttles, vans, or utility vehicles preferred.
Punctual, reliable, and attentive with strong time-management skills.
Comfortable navigating festival grounds safely around pedestrians, equipment, and event traffic.
Operating Days: Monday through Saturday
6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
3. Age Verification & Wristbanding Crew (21+)
Ensure compliance with venue alcohol policies by greeting festival guests, verifying government-issued IDs, and issuing official 21+ wristbands. This role serves as an essential frontline checkpoint to keep festival beverage operations smooth and compliant.
Check guest IDs to verify age (21+) and spot fraudulent or expired credentials.
Securely apply official 21+ wristbands to qualified festival guests.
Maintain clear knowledge of acceptable forms of identification and venue alcohol rules.
Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service while handling high volumes during peak arrival hours.
De-escalate minor guest concerns and coordinate with Security or Guest Services leadership when needed.
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in evaluating identification.
Friendly, assertive, and professional communication style.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing steady guest lines.
Reliable, attentive, and safety-conscious.
Thursday, August 6th – Saturday, August 8th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
4. Hangman Competition Cashier & Taunter
Bring energy, humor, and enthusiasm to the festival attraction area! This dual-role team member handles ticket sales and cashiering for the Hangman Competition while enthusiastically engaging the crowd as a lighthearted "taunter" to encourage participation and create a fun spectator atmosphere.
Process ticket sales and entry fees using POS systems or cash handling procedures.
Announce game rules, track participant times/scores, and hand out prizes.
Engagingly "taunt" and cheer on participants to build crowd excitement and drive participation.
Keep the competition area clean, organized, safe, and moving efficiently.
Outgoing, high-energy, and comfortable speaking on a microphone or engaging crowds.
Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using standard payment terminals.
Positive attitude with a quick wit and a friendly, lighthearted sense of humor.
Comfortable standing outdoors in a lively environment.
Thursday, August 6th – Saturday, August 8th: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
