Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine pool care services including weekly cleanings, water testing, chemical balancing and addressing pool issues. You will work independently on an assigned route. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general pool maintenance and cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, skimming, emptying baskets, water testing and monitoring pool and equipment performance.
· Attention to detail to ensure proper chemical balance in each pool.
· Troubleshoot and report pool equipment malfunctions
· Complete accurate and timely documentation of pool services performed, including service notes, chemicals used and job site photos.
· Safely handle, transport, store and apply pool chemicals in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety procedures.
· Load, unload and organize service vehicle for daily routes, including assisting with routine vehicle maintenance.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 1 year or more in a pool cleaning role, pay will be based on experience
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Must have a valid North Carolina drivers license & clean driving record. Driving record history will be required and reviewed.
· Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must have the physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy items.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
