We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Operate and manage various equipment as needed for daily tasks.
- Supporting and helping passenger board, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns if they arise, applying knowledge of solutions to continue normal operation.
- Assist in training new crew members on best practices and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a crew member or similar role is preferred but not required.
- BiLingual English and SPanish is a must on the boat.
- Military background or mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage tasks independently while also working well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
