Job Summary
Location: Florida, Puerto Rico
We are seeking a School Director to lead an educational and athletic community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing academic, operational, and administrative functions while fostering an environment of excellence. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure the institution's long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Implement the strategic plan in alignment with the Board of Directors and advise on organizational growth.
- Academic Oversight: Ensure compliance with educational regulations and supervise faculty and academic leadership.
- Athletic Program Management: Collaborate with the Athletic Director to maintain alignment between sports and the educational mission.
- Operations & Finance: Oversee daily operations, department leaders, and budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability.
- Community Engagement: Represent the institution in public settings and support fundraising and partnership initiatives.
- Compliance: Maintain organized records and ensure adherence to legal and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of leadership experience in educational or nonprofit environments.
- Management: Proven track record in staff supervision and budget management.
- Skills: Expertise in curriculum development, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Language: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
