Refrigeration HVAC Installation Foreman

We’re hiring an experienced Refrigeration HVAC Installation Foreman to lead crews and oversee new construction, retrofits, and system changeouts on supermarket refrigeration projects across the mid-west. If you know rack systems, walk-ins, and startups—and have experience with EMS controls (CPC, Novar, Danfoss, etc.)—we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do

Lead refrigeration install projects from demo to startup

Supervise crews and coordinate with other trades

Install, pipe, braze, charge, and commission refrigeration systems

Oversee EMS wiring, programming, and upgrades (preferred)

Run smaller projects like case swaps, condenser changeouts, gas conversions

Mentor junior techs and ensure safety/quality on every job
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial refrigeration install/startup experience

Foreman or Lead experience managing refrigeration installation crews

Experience with supermarket racks, walk-ins, cases, and EMS systems
-
EPA certification preferred

Willingness to travel throughout the mid-west and work overtime as needed

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Pay & Benefits

$50–$60/hr + overtime + weekly pay
