As a Tsunami Express Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Our Maintenance Technicians handle MRO priorities while minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability across all locations. This position requires a strong understanding of our culture, priorities, and operational standards.
We are seeking a mechanically skilled Maintenance Technician with trade school training, 3–5 years of experience, or a combination of both. The ideal Maintenance Technician is detail-oriented, dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with pride and accountability.
Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements as a Maintenance Technician

Assist with maintenance and installation projects at current and new locations
-
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and backroom equipment
-
Demonstrate hands-on expertise as a Maintenance Technician in at least three of the following areas:
- Low-voltage electrical (24/120)
-
High-voltage electrical (208/480 3-phase)
-
Mechanical systems
-
Welding
-
Hydraulics
-
Pneumatics
-
Plumbing
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
-
Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and related equipment
-
Maintain strong working relationships across all sites as a Maintenance Technician
-
Manage multiple projects, prioritize repairs, and adapt to new processes
-
Train Store Managers on basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
-
Complete accurate work order documentation
-
Perform other duties as assigned

Trade school education and/or 3–5 years of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience

Ability to lift 35+ pounds repetitively
