JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Assistant Regional Manager, you are a dynamic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will support the Regional Manager in overseeing and strengthening store operations across the Central U.S. while taking direct leadership of an assigned SUKOSHI location.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or retail leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and expand their impact beyond a single store. You will work closely with Store Managers and retail teams to drive performance, reinforce company standards, support training and development, and ensure consistent execution of the SUKOSHI brand.
The Assistant Regional Manager will be based out of one primary SUKOSHI location, with periodic travel throughout the Central U.S. to support store operations, team development, new store openings, training, and regional initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee your assigned store while maintaining strong sales performance, operational standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to strengthen leadership capabilities and improve overall performance.
- Monitor sales and key performance indicators and work with store leadership to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
- Conduct periodic store visits throughout the Central U.S. to provide hands-on coaching, training, operational support, and leadership.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs focused on product knowledge, sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to drive sales and ensure a smooth, memorable in-store customer experience.
- Actively oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and sharing expertise with customers.
- Serve as a role model and leader, offering guidance and constructive feedback to support team growth.
- Manage inventory levels and purchasing, ensuring optimal stock availability and loss prevention.
- Foster a positive work environment by acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- Support new store setup and assist with operational launches as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 2 years of Store Management experience in a similar retail environment, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to foster team growth, improve performance, and drive results.
- Experience in beauty and skincare sales is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
- Sales and business acumen, with the ability to analyze store performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales.
- Inventory management experience, including stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in product trends, store policies, and business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
