EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience with a concrete restoration contractor
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.
· Successful background investigation.
· Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
· Osha Certifications
· Man Lift and Swing Stage Certifications
JOB DUTIES
· Perform Concrete repairs on columns, beams, slabs, walls etc.
· Removal and reinstallation of Stucco
· Removal and reinstallation of topping slabs
· Installation and removal of shoring
· Installation and removal of scaffolding
· Material handling as needed
· Operate access lifts, swings stages etc.
· Schedule inspections with engineer and record quantities for each work item
· Develop material lists with estimated quantities
· Follow manufacturer guidelines for all material preparation and installation
· Maintain constant communication with supervisor for direction and production updates
· Adhere to site safety policy and procedures to ensure safe working environment, always where proper PPE
· Assume additional responsibilities as directed
· Monitor quality through field inspections/customer feedback
· Schedule and complete all field inspections and punch list.
· Ensure all clients on site requirements are addressed

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
