Core Reform | Lagree Fitness & Heated Movement is Naples premier boutique fitness studio offering the tried-and-true Lagree Method, designed by fitness icon Sebastien Lagree as well as infrared heated Lagree-inspired mat classes.
We are currently looking for a friendly and motivated Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both customer service and sales.
A multi-faceted role, responsibilities will include:
- Opening and/or closing the studio
- Serving as the first/main point of contact with our customers. Maintaining a professional and put-together attitude and appearance in line with our brand standards.
- Greeting and checking-in guests and members. Monitoring class rosters, which includes milestones, birthdays, waivers, payment issues, internal notes, etc.
- Ensuring all guests have made accounts and signed our studio waiver prior to class.
- Preparing and sanitizing/resetting studio rooms (heated & Megaformer). This includes, but is not limited to, deeply sanitizing all workout accessories post-class and vacuuming/mop (in a heated setting). Our studio takes pride in our cleanliness so attention to detail and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves is crucial.
- Laundering towels; preparing cold Eucalyptus towels
- Ensuring restrooms, fitting rooms and lobby are well maintained throughout the day
- Organizing and re-stocking retail merchandise
- Processing retail sales and gift cards
- Having a clear knowledge and understanding of our studio’s services, memberships, and retail products as you will be the main point of contact for our customers
- Creating community at the studio through genuine engagement with members and staff before and after class
- Coordinate promotions and community activities with other small businesses
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
- Professionally and kindly enforcing our studio policies
- Answering the phone
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Shifts are Mondays 5PM-7:30PM; Wednesdays & Fridays 5:30AM-11:30AM; Saturdays 7:30AM-11:30AM
- Availability to attend paid team meetings & workshop
- Attitude is crucial in this role. Must be outgoing, professional, bubbly and friendly.
- Must be a self-starter that will take initiative and can work without supervision at times.
- Must have the ability to professionally and kindly, yet confidently handle difficult and/or complex conversations, at times, with members and clients.
- Must have the ability to anticipate the needs of our members and clients, as well as our instructors.
- Must be open to feedback, especially during the first 60 days of employment.
- Must maintain a professional relationship with instructors both in and outside of the studio
