Front Desk & Patient Coordinator (Full-Time / Part-Time)

V Line Cosmetic Clinic is a premier, Japanese founded medical aesthetics clinic specializing in non-invasive treatments such as injectables, laser procedures, IV therapy, body contouring, hair restoration, and luxury facials.
We are looking for a professional, reliable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our Los Altos team and support daily clinic operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
* Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our booking system
* Answer phone calls, return messages, and follow up with leads
* Coordinate clinic flow and support providers and estheticians
* Handle patient check-in, check-out, and payment processing
* Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
* Assist with administrative tasks, emails, and client follow-ups
* Educate patients on services, memberships, and skincare products as needed
Qualifications
* Customer service or administrative experience preferred
*(Med spa, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare background a plus)*
* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
* Reliable, responsible, and team-focused
Preferred Skills
* Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a Plus
* Experience with scheduling software and POS systems
* Interest in skincare and aesthetic treatments
