Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable life insurance and annuity products
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and record keeping
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to develop targeted sales approaches and improve overall performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of success
- Must have STRONG Entrepreneurship
- Be able to work by yourself
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and customer service principles
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to privacy and confidentiality in insurance transactions is a plus
- Demonstrated motivation to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
