Compensation & Benefits

Schedule Expectations
Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week, including:
- 2–3 evenings per week (until 7pm)
- 3 weekend shifts per month (Saturdays and Sundays)

Your Role
You’ll guide customers through a warm, personalized eyewear styling experience by:
- Welcoming clients and making them feel seen, understood, and excited
- Asking lifestyle questions to discover needs and preferences
- Styling customers in frames that elevate their personality and confidence
- Explaining lens options with clarity and ease
- Working with a supportive team to deliver a WOW experience
- Learning optical skills and lens knowledge. We will teach you!
