Manage K‑12, Higher Ed, civic, and public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Serve as primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and inspectors.

Review drawings, process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.

Oversee site activities, safety compliance, and quality standards.

Coordinate subcontractors and negotiate scopes of work.

Lead OAC, internal team, and subcontractor meetings.

Conduct site walks and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Manage closeout, punch lists, and warranty processes.

Mentor junior PMs, APMs, and project engineers.
