Exact Leak Detection, Inc. (ELD) is hiring a full-time Assistant Plumbing Technician / Leak Detection Technician.
ELD is an established leak detection and plumbing company servicing Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties. With over 30 years of plumbing experience, ELD has built a strong reputation through professionalism, quality service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
ELD is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who is interested in long-term employment and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with both customers and team members.
This position includes assisting with electronic leak detections, plumbing inspections, residential plumbing repairs, and related field services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with electronic leak detections and plumbing inspections.
- Assist with residential plumbing repairs.
- Assist with plumbing installations and appliance-related plumbing services.
- Help troubleshoot common plumbing issues during inspections and repairs.
- Travel to multiple job locations within the service area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and team members.
- Maintain a clean work area, vehicle, and equipment.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Plumbing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
- Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
- Must be able to squat, kneel, stand, bend, crawl, or twist for extended periods of time.
- Must be comfortable working in residential homes and other jobsite conditions.
