Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (On-call rotation required; occasional weekends and evenings as needed)
Pay: $35 - $45 per hour + Full Benefits Package
What You'll Do

Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems

Deliver high-quality service calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Build lasting customer relationships through professional and dependable work

Work independently while receiving full support from an experienced team
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Level 3 skill set or higher
-
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

EPA Certification
-
NATE Core Certification
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

Solid customer service and communication skills

Ability to safely work from ladders and use power/hand tools

Willingness to invest in personal tools and continued training
