Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience in family law. Our firm is family-friendly, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate your personal needs. As an associate, you will be responsible for meeting a light schedule to moderate schedule of 6 required billable hours per day depending on the needs of employee and employer upon the interview and job offer. .
Compensation and Benefits:
- Time Off: Unlimited time off is available, provided you meet your monthly billable hour goals and handle your case responsibilities effectively.
- Potential Salary Increase: After your first year, you may be eligible for a substantial hourly increase
- Bonus Structure: Earn an additional $15 per billable hour billed to the client that exceeds the monthly requirement, starting 90 days after your start date.
