We are seeking a motivated and results-driven home care sales professional to join our team. This role is vital to promoting our house call dentistry services within the community to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. Experience in sales and customer service is extremely helpful in building strong relationships with clients and driving growth, but not required.
Duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home health, hospice, DME, medical sales, or senior-care outreach
- (preferred)
- Motivated, organized, reliable, and goal-driven personality
- Passion for helping seniors and medically complex patients access needed care
- Are you comfortable speaking with discharge planners, social workers, and care teams?
- Are you able to travel locally throughout assigned territories?
Job Overview
- To promote our house call dental services to hospitals, SNFs, assisted living
communities, home health agencies, senior centers, and families
- Conduct 50–60 weekly field visits to build relationships and educate referral partners
- Follow up on all referrals and leads
- Assist families and caregivers with scheduling and onboarding
- Explain the benefits of in-home dentistry: comfort, independence, and comprehensive
- care
- Represent our practice with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Track productivity using a company-provided iPad / CRM
