As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company by providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. Customer Service Representatives will play a key role in ensuring customer needs are met, their questions are answered, and concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism. The ideal Customer Service Representative will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Actively listen to customers, identify issues, and troubleshoot concerns with patience, empathy and professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly, in a face to face environment
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to provide effective sales support and customer service solutions to our customers
- Assist customers in analyzing available products and services, making recommendations, placing sales orders, taking customer service calls, and scheduling installations
- Collaborate with sales, human resources, and management teams to resolve all customer issues and communicate important feedback for continuous improvement
- Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems, following up with customers as needed to ensure a smooth transaction process
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically to resolve customer issues effectively
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure
- Time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
