Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of strategic framing, issue trees, hypotheses, opportunity sizing, and US commercial enterprise strategy narratives.

Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test whether functional plans ladder to US commercial enterprise priorities.

Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs into clear strategic choices.

Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives.

Coach AD and Manager resources; ensure analyses, narratives, and stakeholder processes meet executive quality standards.
Essential Requirements:
Education (minimum/desirable):

Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred: Advanced degree (Master of Science and/or MBA)
Experience:
-
8+ years of consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, strategic operations, transformation, or relevant pharma / healthcare experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead 1-2 complex strategy engagements concurrently with senior stakeholders and ambiguous scope.

Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving, facilitation, storylining, analytical synthesis, and influence without authority.
Desirable Requirements:

Top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, project leadership, or transformation experience.

Experience converting recommendations into roadmaps, owners, KPIs, and governance handoffs.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500.00 and $344,500.00 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
