Attend work daily and punctually.
Participate in the Weekly Safety Talks provided by the Supervisor.
Follow the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Comply with Personal and Product Safety Rules established by the Company.
Immediately report any abnormal situation observed in the work area or with production equipment to the Supervisor, to prevent potential accidents.
Support not only the tasks for which you were hired but also other activities related to the production process when required, such as: pouring product into machines, sorting, bagging, weighing, and packaging product; as well as assisting with forming and/or folding cardboard and/or plastic boxes, organizing boxes of product on pallets, and other tasks in your area—always ensuring you understand the customer specifications (product type, weight, packaging, etc.).
Always perform your tasks attentively and stay focused to be aware of any changes in production plans or schedules.
Inform your Supervisor at least 2 days in advance if you will be absent, and provide justification if requested.
Follow the Company’s established procedures to correctly validate benefits (such as absence requests, vacation requests, loan requests, etc.).
Help maintain clean and organized work areas to reduce the risk of accidents due to unsafe working conditions.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas (dining area, restrooms, and parking lot).
