Direct Care Support Professional (Eligible for Sign-on Bonus / Paid Shift-Differential) 2nd Shift-Overnight
Reports to Program Director
The responsibility of the Community Living Supervisor is to make sure the group home or apartments in which they work function correctly, and all client programs are completed.
Essential Job Functions
- To develop appropriate training programs for each individual in the home to develop the home living skills that the individual needs to learn as outlined in their PCSP, in conjunction with the Program Director.
- Coordinate duties and activities of Assistant and Relief Supervisors.
- Objective record keeping in Therap for shift notes, MARS, GER, and any other reports needed.
- Make their direct supervisor and maintenance personnel aware of needed repairs.
- Attend PCSP's, when they affect an individual you supervise in the home.
- Develop and maintain the highest possible atmosphere within the home.
- Participate in appropriate in-service training and staff meetings.
- Manage any emergency that may arise.

Qualifications
- Ability and desire to fulfill the responsibilities of the job.
- Knowledge and an understanding of the needs of our clients.
- Kansas Drivers License and CDL may be required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
