We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Medical Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience by coordinating appointments and supporting efficient clinic operations.
- Contact patients to schedule and coordinate a series of appointments
- Work closely with medical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in electronic systems
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective scheduling workflows
- Previous experience as a medical scheduler or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
