Kind Ice Cream is hiring! We are looking for friendly and responsible team members to join our truck-at team. Help us serve our delicious homemade gelato to the community.
Details:
- Pay: $11/hour + Tips
- Hours: Mon–Sun, 11 AM – 8 PM (day shifts)
- Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers by warmly greeting them and providing knowledge on our 12 signature gelato flavors.
- Deliver exceptional service characterized by speed, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring the serving area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive Attitude: Someone who is self-motivated and ready to learn.
- Reliability: You must have reliable transportation and arrive 10–15 minutes early for your shift.
- Safety Conscious: An understanding of food allergies and cleanliness.
- Team Player: Someone who treats others with respect.
- Experience: Not required (we provide paid training! $8/h), but customer service experience and a Food Handler’s Certificate are a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
