Read on to learn more! About the Role In this vitalrole, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systemsinside a client facility. As a Maintenance Technician I, you willsupport the Operations Maintenance team in repairingand maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) and pneumaticsystems throughout the building. What You’ll Do
‒ Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to allMHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
‒ Install, maintain, and repair automated packagingand distribution equipment.
‒ Complete and properly document preventativemaintenance routines.
‒ Track and store department inventory.
‒ Use appropriate tooling to troubleshootsimple AC/DC circuits, basic troubleshooting of MHE and repairs tomiscellaneous operational equipment as needed
‒ Cultivate positive working relationships with ourClient and Operations Maintenance team members.
‒ Promote a safe working environment by following allsafety procedures. What You’ll Need
‒ Applicants must be currently authorized to work inUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture.
‒ High School Diploma or general education degree(GED).
‒ Experience and/or training in a relatedfield
‒ Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
‒ Ability to comprehend and interpretinstructions, short correspondence, and memos.
‒ Ability to calculate simple figures such aspercentages.
‒ Physical requirements including stooping, standing,walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of50 lbs. or more. Preferred Qualifications
‒ 1+ years of experience with material handling andconveyance systems
‒ 1+ years of experience conducting predictive andpreventative maintenance procedures.
