Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, crafting unique cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create innovative cocktails and drink specials that complement our menu.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Must be of legal drinking age.
