Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements
- Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries
- Help create a positive first impression and exceptional dining experience
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
