Duties:
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager, Contract Services Section, Change Management & Contracts Branch, Administration & Fleet Management (AFM), Division of Operations and Maintenance, the incumbent performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical and analytical contracting, procurement, and coordination of multi-million dollar contracts, critical for services and goods for the Division of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to maintain the State Water Project.
