HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering cutting-edge virtual workouts like Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Barre. We’re looking for someone with strong sales experience who’s passionate about fitness and excited to help us grow our member base in Pembroke Pines.
We’re looking for consistent, dependable team members who are ready to show up, contribute, and stay committed. Evening and weekend availability is a must. For the right person with commitment and dedication to results, growth into leadership is possible.
Your Role
- Sell memberships by prospecting, calling leads, and giving studio tours.
- Hit monthly goals for sales and outreach.
- Represent HOTWORX in the community—at events, partnerships, and beyond.
- Support our local marketing through social media engagement and promo ideas.
- Help members during visits and maintain a clean, high-standard studio.
- Sell retail and ensure billing and member info is accurate and up to date.
Who You Are
- Experienced and confident in a sales role—ideally in fitness or high-volume service.
- Hungry for growth with long-term career goals.
- Friendly, organized, and accountable.
- Excited to be part of something bigger than yourself.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).
