Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist with scheduling and dispatch board organization
- Review, resolve, and close service tickets
- Efficiently schedule and route service calls to technicians
- Contact customers before appointments and dispatch service tickets
- Resolve any open or incomplete tickets from the previous day
- Report field issues to the Service Manager
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience
- Previous customer support or client service experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Location Requirement
Please ensure you are comfortable commuting to Northwest Chicagoland area.
