What You’ll Do

Lead all parts department operations, including inventory, purchasing, and profitability

Build and manage parts inventory from the ground up for a new dealership launch

Hire, train, and develop a high-performing parts team

Partner with Service Manager to support technician efficiency and customer satisfaction

Maintain strong relationships with OEM and vendor partners

Monitor KPIs: gross profit, turns, obsolescence, and fill rates

Ensure accurate pricing, stocking levels, and merchandising

Maintain compliance with company policies and OEM standards
What You Bring
-
3+ years of automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience

Strong knowledge of inventory control, parts matrix pricing, and OEM systems

Proven ability to build and lead a team

Experience working with Honda or other import brands preferred

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with growth opportunity
Compensation & Benefits

$65,000 – $95,000+ salary + performance incentives
