Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, implant, prosthodontic, and surgical treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Prepare and organize dental materials and instruments for each procedure.
- Manage laboratory cases and impressions.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering clinical supplies.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional patient experience throughout each visit.
Required Qualifications
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required.
- Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience.
- Experience assisting with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, and prosthodontic procedures.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Proficient with digital radiographs and intraoral scanning/imaging.
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EagleSoft Practice Management Software.
- Experience with intraoral scanners (iTero, Medit, or similar).
- Experience with implant and prosthodontic procedures.
- Coronal polishing and sealant certification (if applicable).
