RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Internal Communications Specialist to join our team!
The Internal Communications Specialist creates clear, engaging communications that keep Team Members and Residents informed, connected, and engaged. This role focuses on internal storytelling, community updates, and engagement initiatives that support organizational transparency, strengthen community, and reinforce RoseVilla’s mission, values and strategic priorities.
This position transforms complex information into meaningful messages that help Team Members and Residents understand what's happening across campus, celebrate milestones, navigate change, and stay connected to the people and programs that make RoseVilla a vibrant community. As a member of the Communications & Marketing department, the Internal Communications Specialist will also support brand management and brand storytelling, helping ensure RoseVilla’s voice, values, and story are consistently reflected across internal communications and experiences.

Wage and benefits:
- Starting wage is $70,000 to 75,000 , depending on experience.
- This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, exempt position

Education and experience requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including strong presentation and document design skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
Preferred:
- Experience using community engagement software such as Wellzesta, Touchtown, LifeLoop, Cubigo, or similar resident and employee communication platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar basic design platforms.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, nonprofit, or other mission-driven organizations.
