As our Assistant Manager, you report directly to our Store Manager and will set forth all
policies, procedures and compliance rules.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the staff and ensuring a smooth running shift
- Handling large amounts of cash and managing budtenders drawers and deposits
- Having a throrough knowlede of Dutchie
- Maintaing an efficient flow of our guests in the dispensary
- Closing the dispensary
- Managing orders through walk-ins, pre-orders, kiosk orders, curbside and home
deliveries
