Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service during all shifts, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards across all stations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to facilitate accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or excess waste
- Train and develop staff on food handling, customer service excellence, POS usage, and safety protocols to foster a motivated and knowledgeable team
- Supervise kitchen activities including cooking, food production, and maintaining cleanliness standards in line with health regulations
- Conduct shift management duties such as scheduling staff, overseeing cash handling procedures, and analyzing profit and loss reports to optimize financial performance
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on team leadership and operational oversight
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and manage inventory control effectively
- Background in hospitality or restaurant management with experience supervising staff across multiple shifts
- Familiarity with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, training & development initiatives within the food industry
- Prior experience in casual dining or quick service settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
